Job Description:

As a Category Manager - FMCG, you will be responsible for overseeing the performance of our FMCG category across various regions. This involves managing a team of professionals to drive sales growth, improve product availability, and enhance customer satisfaction.

The ideal candidate should possess excellent leadership and communication skills, with a proven track record of driving business results in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage a team of professionals to achieve business objectives and drive sales growth.
  • Develop and implement strategies to improve product availability, reduce stockouts, and increase customer satisfaction.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Supply Chain, Store Operations, and Purchase, to optimize inventory levels and streamline processes.
  • Conduct regular market analysis to identify trends, opportunities, and threats.
  • Identify and develop new business opportunities, such as partnerships and joint ventures.
Required Skills and Qualifications:

To be successful in this role, you should possess the following skills and qualifications:

  • Minimum 10 years of experience in FMCG sales, with at least 5 years in a leadership role.
  • Proven track record of driving business results and improving sales growth.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.
