This is an exceptional opportunity to leverage advanced technology platforms, AI-powered forecasting, and data analytics to optimize demand planning, inventory investment, and pricing for high-value durable products.

We require a strategic finance expert who can collaborate with cross-functional teams and influence decisions to drive growth and margin improvement.

If you have 4-5 years of finance experience, including significant exposure to retail/e-commerce in fashion or softline categories across Asian markets, we encourage you to apply.

The selected candidate will be responsible for:

  • Driving the financial strategy to scale Hardline and Softline brands into market-leading positions across Asia
  • Harnessing Opptra's platform to unlock expansion into new markets
  • Deploying AI-powered forecasting and data analytics to optimize demand planning, inventory investment, and pricing
  • Establishing solid financial foundations to support both new product line launches and scaling of existing lines

Key qualifications include:

  • 4-5 years of finance experience in business finance, including significant exposure to retail/e-commerce in fashion or softline categories across Asian markets
  • Deep understanding of multi-channel retail operations in Asia, with hands-on experience navigating diverse regulatory environments and local market nuances
  • Proven ability to drive businesses through inception and scaling stages (0→1 launch and 1→10 growth)
  • Strong strategic finance skills
  • Expertise in financial planning & analysis and margin management for consumer products
