Role & ResponsibilitiesStrategy & Vision

  • Drive innovation in product lines, pricing, and distribution models.
  • Business Development
  • Build strong vendor/dealer networks and franchise partnerships.
  • Identify new clusters, B2B tie-ups, and retail opportunities.
  • Operations & Supply Chain
  • Oversee procurement of millets and raw materials.
  • Establish scalable production and distribution systems for premix packs.
  • Marketing & Branding
  • Create strong brand presence through digital marketing, on-ground campaigns, and mobile van branding.
  • Build community engagement around healthy, desi lifestyle drinks.
  • Finance & Fundraising
  • Manage budgets, financial planning, and cost optimization.
  • Lead investor relations and fundraising efforts for scaling.

Ideal Candidate

  • Possess entrepreneurial mindset with proven leadership experience.
  • Have strong background in FMCG, Food & Beverages, or Startup Ecosystem.
  • Able to handle end-to-end operations (supply chain, vendor management, sales, branding).
  • Passionate about health, wellness, and Indian traditional foods.
  • Network with investors, distributors, or food industry stakeholders is a plus.
