A New Business Lead Position is available for a talented individual to join our team in branding.

About the Role

This is not a traditional sales position, but rather a consultative selling role that requires building trust with senior decision-makers through concept selling, brand storytelling, and strategic thinking.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Identify and acquire new clients by targeting CXOs, CMOs, and founders across sectors like BFSI, real estate, technology, and consumer.
  • Reach out to potential clients through networks, industry events, and referrals, while shaping conversations around their brand and business challenges.
  • Diagnose problems, frame our agency as the right solution partner, and craft compelling narratives connecting branding to measurable growth outcomes.
  • Anchor pitches and proposals with our strategy and creative teams, taking responsibility for converting them into live engagements.
  • Own the pipeline and quarterly acquisition targets, tracking competitor moves and industry trends to feed insights back into the leadership team.
Requirements:
  • 6-10 years of experience in business development for branding, advertising, consulting, or creative industries.
  • Proven success in acquiring new logos rather than only farming existing accounts.
  • Strong communication, storytelling, and CXO engagement skills.
  • Able to sell ideas and concepts rather than pre-packaged services.
  • Confidence, resilience, and a strong drive for growth.
  • A good personal network in marketing and brand circles is an advantage.
What Success Looks Like:
  • In the first ninety days, success will look like building a target list of 50 to 100 prospects, setting up discovery conversations, sharpening the pitch with leadership, and converting at least two to three new accounts into live projects.
  • By the end of the first quarter, consistently opening high-quality conversations with CXO-level prospects and delivering on agreed revenue targets.
