About Us

Desi Mixx is on a mission to bring back India's traditional, healthy, and affordable drinks made from millets and natural ingredients. With our cluster-based premix model, we enable small business owners and vendors to prepare and sell nutritious drinks like Ragi Java, Buttermilk Soda, and other desi favorites at pocket-friendly prices (₹5–₹30).

We are looking for a passionate 
Co-Founder
 to join our journey and help scale Desi Mixx into a nationwide health beverage brand.

Role & Responsibilities

  • Strategy & Vision
  • Work closely with the founding team to shape long-term business strategy, market positioning, and growth roadmap.
  • Drive innovation in product lines, pricing, and distribution models.
  • Business Development
  • Build strong vendor/dealer networks and franchise partnerships.
  • Identify new clusters, B2B tie-ups, and retail opportunities.
  • Operations & Supply Chain
  • Oversee procurement of millets and raw materials.
  • Establish scalable production and distribution systems for premix packs.
  • Marketing & Branding
  • Create strong brand presence through digital marketing, on-ground campaigns, and mobile van branding.
  • Build community engagement around healthy, desi lifestyle drinks.
  • Finance & Fundraising
  • Manage budgets, financial planning, and cost optimization.
  • Lead investor relations and fundraising efforts for scaling.

Ideal Candidate

  • Entrepreneurial mindset with proven leadership experience.
  • Strong background in 
    FMCG, Food & Beverages, or Startup Ecosystem
    .
  • Ability to handle 
    end-to-end operations
     (supply chain, vendor management, sales, branding).
  • Passion for 
    health, wellness, and Indian traditional foods
    .
  • Network with investors, distributors, or food industry stakeholders is a plus.
