
Customer Onboarding Specialist

We're seeking an experienced Customer Onboarding Manager to join our team. As a key member of our customer success organization, you'll be responsible for ensuring seamless onboarding experiences for our clients.
In this role, you'll have the opportunity to make a lasting impression on our customers and set them up for long-term success with our platform. You'll work closely with cross-functional teams to identify opportunities for process improvement and develop strategic plans to drive customer adoption.
- Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement effective onboarding processes to ensure timely and successful customer implementations
- Manage relationships with internal stakeholders to ensure smooth communication and collaboration
- Establish key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure onboarding success and identify areas for improvement
- Partner with product management to gather customer feedback and translate it into actionable product requirements
- Collaborate with sales teams to understand customer needs and develop targeted solutions
About You:
- 4-6 years of experience in a customer-facing role, preferably in a SaaS or cloud-based software environment
- Advanced understanding of project management principles and methodologies
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to navigate complex technical issues
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders
- Experience working in a fast-paced startup environment, with a proven track record of driving results in a rapidly changing landscape
