SaaS Implementation Managers drive the onboarding process for new clients, ensuring seamless product integration and adoption. They facilitate data migration through ETL/ELT pipelines, perform advanced SQL queries, and database operations to validate, transform, and troubleshoot customer data.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead client onboarding sessions and guarantee a smooth product experience.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance onboarding processes and optimize data accuracy.
  • Develop and execute complex SQL queries and database operations to resolve data discrepancies.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • 3-5 years of experience in SaaS implementation, data operations, or a related technical field.
  • Proficiency in ETL/ELT processes, data transformation methodologies, and data analysis tools.
  • Advanced SQL skills, including writing complex queries and troubleshooting techniques.
  • Expertise in Excel and spreadsheet software, including formulas, pivot tables, and automation features.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Previous experience in US-based SaaS companies or similar industries.
  • Knowledge of cloud platforms, APIs, and automation tools.
