Onboarding Specialist

Job Summary:

We are seeking a skilled Onboarding Specialist to lead the onboarding process for new customers. This role will involve ensuring a smooth transition of products and services, providing technical support and guidance, and collaborating with cross-functional teams.

Responsibilities:
  • Lead customer onboarding sessions to ensure successful product adoption and integration.
  • Assist customers in migrating data through ETL/ELT pipelines while ensuring data accuracy and consistency.
  • Perform SQL queries and database operations to validate, transform, and troubleshoot customer data.
  • Utilize advanced Excel and spreadsheet skills for data manipulation, validation, and reporting.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance onboarding experiences.
  • Provide technical support and guidance on data-related challenges during onboarding.
  • Develop and maintain documentation for onboarding processes, best practices, and troubleshooting guides.
Requirements:
  • 3-5 years of experience in SaaS onboarding, data operations, or a related technical field.
  • Proficiency in ETL/ELT processes and data transformation methodologies.
  • Strong SQL skills with experience in writing complex queries, data validation, and troubleshooting.
  • Advanced Excel and spreadsheet skills, including formulas, pivot tables, and automation.
  • Scripting expertise (preferably in Python, Shell, or other relevant languages) is highly preferred.
