The role involves collaborating with various stakeholders to onboard new staff efficiently. This includes meeting personal hiring targets and supporting regions and branches to achieve their monthly goals.

The successful candidate will be responsible for managing a pipeline of up to 100 candidates, ensuring swift communication, and adhering to SLAs. They will also support candidates in gathering necessary documentation, processing references, DBSs, and Right to Work checks.

A key aspect of this role is data entry and management of candidate files, Compliance Tracker, and Applicant Tracking System. The ideal candidate should have exceptional attention to detail and strong organizational skills, prioritizing tasks effectively.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • 2+ years of experience as an administrator in an HR or Recruitment function.
  • Exceptional attention to detail.
  • Strong communication skills.
  • Organisational skills and ability to prioritise.
