Job Overview

We are seeking an experienced Agile Project Facilitator to join our team. As a key member of our project management team, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the successful delivery of our projects.

Responsibilities
  • Facilitation: Serve as the primary facilitator for Scrum events, ensuring that teams adhere to agile practices and principles.
  • Collaboration: Collaborate with product owners to define and prioritize the product backlog, ensuring alignment with business goals.
  • Leadership: Lead technical discussions with engineering teams and ensure that technical solutions are aligned with project requirements.
  • Project Management: Manage and track project progress, identifying risks and implementing mitigation strategies.
  • Retrospectives: Conduct regular retrospectives to identify areas for improvement and implement necessary changes.
  • Stakeholder Engagement: Engage with stakeholders to gather feedback and refine product features.
Requirements
  • Technical Skills: Strong technical skills in PC management (Group policy, Active Directory, MS Intune), troubleshooting, and problem-solving, knowledgeable in technologies like MDT and SCCM.
  • Agile Experience: Proven expertise in agile methodologies and frameworks, with certification in Scrum (CSM, PSM, or equivalent) preferred.
  • Education: Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
  • Experience: 8-10 years of experience in software development, with at least 5 years in a Scrum Master role.
