Job Overview:

The Agile Team Facilitator coordinates and supports cross-functional teams in applying the Scrum framework to drive cohesive teamwork, effective communication, and adherence to Agile values. This role promotes a productive, self-organizing team environment.

 

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead Scrum ceremonies: Sprint Planning, Daily Stand-up, Sprint Review, and Retrospective to foster collaboration and transparency.
  • Cultivate Agile practices among teams, ensuring adoption of iterative methodologies.
  • Eliminate impediments to team progress, enabling continuous delivery of value.
  • Support Product Owners in managing and prioritizing backlogs for efficient project execution.
  • Encourage effective communication and collaboration within teams and with stakeholders.
  • Monitor progress and ensure teams deliver sprint goals in alignment with project timelines and quality standards.
  • Drive retrospectives and implement process enhancements to cultivate a culture of continuous improvement.
Essential Skills & Qualifications
  • Proven experience as an Agile facilitator or similar role.
  • Strong knowledge of Agile principles, including user stories, definition of done, backlog refinement, and more.
  • Excellent facilitation, communication, leadership, conflict resolution, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
  • Agile certification (CSM, PSM) is highly valued but not mandatory.
