Job Description

As an Agile team facilitator, you will play a vital role in guiding and supporting our Scrum teams. Your primary responsibility will be to facilitate Agile ceremonies such as daily stand-ups, sprint planning, reviews, and retrospectives.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Facilitate Daily Stand-Ups: Ensure smooth progress and timely delivery of high-quality products through effective daily stand-up meetings.
  2. Guidance and Support: Guide the team on Agile/Scrum practices and values, ensuring they understand the principles and benefits of this framework.
  3. Removing Impediments: Identify and remove obstacles that hinder the team's progress, enabling them to focus on delivering exceptional results.
  4. Product Backlog Management: Collaborate with the Product Owner to manage the product backlog, ensuring it remains up-to-date and aligned with business objectives.
  5. Culture of Continuous Improvement: Foster a culture of continuous improvement and high performance within the team, encouraging experimentation, learning, and growth.
  6. Agile Metrics: Track and report key Agile metrics such as velocity and burndown, providing valuable insights for process improvement.
  7. Adherence to Agile Principles: Ensure the team adheres to Agile principles and the Scrum framework, promoting a culture of flexibility, collaboration, and customer-centricity.
