Agile Team Facilitator Job Description

As an Agile Team Facilitator, you will play a crucial role in supporting the successful execution of projects. Your primary responsibility will be to ensure that all team members are aligned with project goals and that the delivery process is streamlined for maximum efficiency.

Key responsibilities include facilitating Scrum ceremonies, ensuring adherence to guiding principles, removing impediments, structuring and managing the product backlog, and providing guidance to team members on Agile methodologies.

You will work closely with the project manager to execute projects in an Agile manner, utilizing tools such as JIRA dashboards and Confluence to track progress and facilitate communication among team members.

Additionally, you will be responsible for producing sprint completion reports and metrics, which will help stakeholders understand the progress and status of ongoing projects.

Required Skills and Qualifications

To succeed in this role, you must possess excellent facilitation, communication, and leadership skills. Strong knowledge of Agile methodologies, particularly Scrum principles and practices, is also essential.

A minimum of 3+ years of experience as a Scrum Master or similar role is required, along with at least 8 years of total IT experience. You should have a proven track record of successfully implementing Agile frameworks and collaborating with cross-functional teams.
