Agile Team Lead

We are seeking an experienced professional to lead agile teams and deliver project results. The ideal candidate will facilitate team work, ensure adherence to agile methodologies, and drive business value delivery.
- Leads cross-functional teams to deliver agile-based project outcomes.
- Facilitates internal and external communication, removes impediments, and acts as the intermediary between multiple stakeholders.
- Using strong interpersonal skills, facilitates the project team through the Scrum process of Release Planning, Sprint Planning, Daily Scrums, Sprint Reviews, and Retrospectives in a fast-paced environment with competing priorities.
The successful candidate will set an example for agile principles and ensure they are consistently applied within the team.
This role requires a strong ability to communicate clearly and concisely to conduct Daily Scrum meetings. The candidate will guide and develop clear Sprint standards while keeping the team engaged and on task.
- Promotes a collaborative team environment that fosters creativity and innovation.
- Engages team members with making appropriate commitments through story selection and task definition encourages discussion and conflict resolution.
- Partners with development leads or team members for capacity planning and resource allocation in agile tools.
- Catalyzes teams to break down business requirements into stories and tasks.
The ideal candidate will have a good understanding of the overall business and technical terms presented. They will use strong analytical and problem-resolution skills to identify difficult sources of impediments.
