Agile Project Lead

We're looking for a talented individual to take on the role of Agile Project Lead.

  • This is an opportunity to make a real impact, now and in the future.
  • You will be responsible for leading a team of developers technically and taking responsibility for overall design and delivery of the team adhering to scope, timeline, and quality by following Agile methodologies.
  • This includes establishing and managing multiple project/scrum teams at a time, establishing sprint reporting and monitoring mechanisms, driving retrospectives outcomes to continuously improve the team's performance, setting up processes to ensure quality software delivery on time, analyzing regular project matrices and taking appropriate actions, managing risks and issues effectively, handling escalation, managing multiple stakeholders globally, preparing documentation as per required standards, and working closely with team members across Geographies to deliver the assigned work.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead development teams using Agile methodologies
  • Establish and manage multiple project/scrum teams
  • Develop and implement process improvements
  • Analyze project data and metrics to inform decisions
  • Manage risk and issue resolution
  • Maintain effective communication with stakeholders
  • Prepare and present project reports

Requirements:

  • 8+ years of experience in Software Industry and Managing Agile Projects using Scrum methodologies
  • Certified Agile Project Lead
  • Bachelor's degree in computer science or Electronic and Tele-Communication
  • Expert in Agile and Lean ways of working at program/enterprise level
  • Experience working with Agile tools such as JIRA
  • In-depth knowledge of how Agile methodologies work
  • Ability to thrive in an environment with a high-degree of change
  • Excellent communication skills to work in a collaborative manner with colleagues from different nationalities
  • Can-do attitude, continuous improvement mindset, and initiative-taking abilities
