Job Title: Agile Project Leader

We are seeking a highly skilled professional to take on dual responsibilities, leading Agile projects and driving business growth.

This is an exciting opportunity for a motivated individual to facilitate project execution, coach teams on Agile best practices, and foster a collaborative environment.

  • Facilitate daily stand-ups, sprint planning, reviews, retrospectives, and other Scrum ceremonies to ensure smooth project execution.
  • Coach the team on Agile/Scrum best practices, removing impediments and fostering a collaborative environment.
  • Track and communicate team metrics to stakeholders, ensuring timely delivery and progress updates.
  • Work closely with teams, business stakeholders, and customers to maintain a well-groomed and prioritized backlog.
Key Responsibilities of a Business Analyst:
  • Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather, analyze, and document requirements for data warehouse and data services projects.
  • Translate business needs into clear, actionable user stories and acceptance criteria.
  • Develop process flows, data mappings, and documentation to support data quality initiatives and governance standards.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business, or related field.
  • 6+ years of experience in a technical environment, with 3+ years in Agile project leadership and business analysis roles.
  • Strong understanding of data warehouse concepts, ETL processes, and data modeling.
  • Excellent communication, facilitation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to translate complex business requirements into technical specifications.
