Project Leadership

At our organization, we seek a skilled leader to oversee software development projects in an agile environment.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Oversee project lifecycle from inception to completion, ensuring timely delivery and high-quality outcomes.
  • Define project objectives, aligning business goals with technical requirements.
  • Assess and allocate resources effectively, ensuring optimal utilization and efficient project execution.
  • Estimate effort required to complete projects and guide teams in overcoming obstacles or roadblocks.
  • Manage risks and stakeholders, maintaining clear communication and transparency throughout the project lifecycle.
  • Utilize project management tools like MS Project, Azure DevOps, Jira, Asana, and others to track progress and ensure project goals are met.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Business, or a related field.
  • 1-2 years of leadership experience, preferably with Agile certification.
  • Strong familiarity with project management software tools, methodologies, and best practices.
  • Excellent analytical skills, strong interpersonal skills, and ability to assume leadership roles when necessary.
