Agile teams require strong leadership to facilitate smooth collaboration and effective project delivery. As a consultant specialist, you will lead Agile teams and facilitate ceremonies such as daily stand-ups, sprint planning, retrospectives, and scrum of scrums. Your responsibilities will include managing and optimizing JIRA boards to track progress, prioritize tasks, and ensure transparency across teams.

This role involves Agile leadership, where you will facilitate PI Planning sessions to align teams on objectives, dependencies, and deliverables. You will also identify, manage, and mitigate risks and challenges throughout the project lifecycle. Additionally, you will collaborate with stakeholders to ensure alignment on project goals, timelines, and deliverables.

As an end-to-end process expert, you will understand and document processes to identify bottlenecks and areas for improvement. You will ensure seamless integration of technical and business workflows to achieve project objectives. Your hands-on experience with Python will support project delivery.

You will use SQL and Python for data analysis, reporting, and automation of project-related tasks. You will work with Qlik Sense to create dashboards and visualizations for tracking project KPIs and metrics. Furthermore, you will utilize Clarity for project tracking, resource management, and financial reporting.

This role requires team collaboration and mentorship skills. You will foster a culture of collaboration, accountability, and continuous improvement within the team. You will mentor team members on Agile best practices, tools, and techniques to enhance team performance. You will also act as a liaison between technical teams, business stakeholders, and leadership to ensure clear communication and alignment.
