Job Opportunity for a Strategic Process Leader

We are seeking an experienced professional to lead our IT Service Management (ITSM) initiatives. As a strategic process leader, you will be responsible for developing and implementing ITSM strategies that align with our business goals.

This is a leadership role that requires a blend of technical expertise, strategic thinking, and strong communication skills. You will work closely with our senior management team to drive business results improvements and ensure the delivery of reliable and value-driven IT services.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in ITSM processes and methodologies, including ITIL. They will also have experience in managing E2E operational excellence consulting programs and consulting to senior management in the high-tech/telecom industry.

In addition to your technical expertise, you will need to have excellent leadership and communication skills to inspire and motivate your team. You will also need to have a customer-focused approach to ensure that our IT services meet the needs of our end-users.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement ITSM strategies that align with business goals
  • Lead and inspire a team of IT professionals to deliver reliable and value-driven IT services
  • Manage E2E operational excellence consulting programs and consult to senior management on ITSM best practices
  • Analyze data at a large scale using data analytics tools to inform ITSM decisions
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Strong background in ITSM processes and methodologies, including ITIL
  • Experience in managing E2E operational excellence consulting programs and consulting to senior management in the high-tech/telecom industry
  • Prior experience in process engineering
  • Comprehensive knowledge of industry methods and standards (JIRA, Agile, SCRUM, SWISH, ServiceNow, DevOps, SAFe, SRE, etc.)
  • Ability to analyze data at a large scale using data analytics tools
