Job Title: Agile Process Facilitator

The successful candidate will play a vital role in facilitating our organization's Agile Scrum processes.

They will work closely with the Product Developer to prioritize the product backlog and ensure that the team works collaboratively and efficiently to deliver high-quality products.

Responsibilities:

  • Facilitate daily standup meetings to ensure team members share updates, discuss progress, and identify any impediments.
  • Plan and estimate work for upcoming sprints, preventing over-commitment and scope creep.
  • Participate in sprint review meetings, capturing feedback from stakeholders and identifying areas for improvement.
  • Facilitate retrospectives to reflect on the sprint, identify actionable improvements, and enhance team performance.
  • Provide coaching and guidance to the team on Agile Scrum principles and practices.
  • Manage the Scrum board ensuring cards are up to date and tools like Jira Software are functioning well.
  • Regularly analyze burndown charts and other planning tools to track progress and adjust as needed.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in facilitating Agile Scrum processes and working with teams to improve their workflow.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively collaborate with team members and stakeholders.
  • Ability to adapt to changing priorities and circumstances while maintaining a focus on delivering high-quality results.
  • Proficiency in using Agile project management tools such as Jira Software.
