Job Title:

Scrum Master Consultant Specialist

Key Responsibilities and Deliverables:
  • Ensure Agile Scrum processes are effectively facilitated within the organization.
  • Provide guidance and coaching to teams on Agile Scrum principles and practices, promoting collaboration and efficiency in product delivery.
  • Lead daily standup meetings to facilitate team progress updates, impediment identification, and process improvement.
  • Assist teams in planning and estimating work for upcoming sprints, preventing over-commitment and scope creep.
  • Participate in sprint review meetings to capture feedback from stakeholders and identify areas for enhancement.
  • Facilitate retrospectives to reflect on past performance, implement actionable improvements, and elevate team productivity.
  • Act as a servant leader, prioritizing team needs and removing obstacles to success.
  • Meet individually with team members to address concerns, resolve conflicts, and foster collaboration.
  • Consult with team members and stakeholders on Scrum practices to ensure effective workflow.
  • Manage the Scrum board, ensuring timely updates and optimal functionality of tools like Jira Software.
  • Regularly analyze burndown charts and other metrics to track progress and adjust strategies accordingly.
  • Eliminate external blockers and internal roadblocks through process enhancements.

The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, be able to facilitate collaborative teams, and have experience with Agile Scrum methodologies.
