Job Opportunity

We seek a dynamic Business Development Executive to join our team at ABHIMANYA DOORS in Chennai, Tamil Nadu. As a Business Development Executive, you will identify new business opportunities, develop and maintain client relationships, and achieve sales targets. This is an excellent opportunity for freshers with less than 1 year of experience to kickstart their career in business development in the building materials industry.

Key Responsibilities

  • Research and analyze potential clients and market trends to identify new business opportunities.
  • Maintain strong client relationships through regular communication and meetings.
  • Promote ABHIMANYA DOORS' products and services to generate leads and drive sales.
  • Meet or exceed monthly and annual sales targets by preparing and delivering effective sales presentations and proposals.
  • Collaborate with the internal team to ensure client satisfaction and smooth project implementation.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends, competitors, and market conditions to provide valuable insights.
  • Provide timely and accurate sales reports and forecasts.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Ability to travel daily.
  • Two Wheeler and Driving License required.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
  • Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
  • Proven track record of achieving sales targets.
  • Self-motivated and target-driven.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Proficient in MS Office and CRM software.
  • Familiarity with the building materials industry is a plus.

Compensation

The estimated salary for this role is ₹5,00,000 - ₹7,00,000 per annum, depending on experience and qualifications.
