Job Summary

We are seeking a visionary leader to spearhead transformative initiatives that deliver impactful outcomes and elevate the employee experience.

The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of driving transformational change in complex, high-priority projects, leveraging customer insights and feedback to refine strategies, and leading cross-functional collaboration to ensure seamless stakeholder alignment.

  • Develop and implement robust measurement frameworks to assess and drive progress on multifaceted initiatives.
  • Lead teams through transformational change journeys by communicating strategies and driving adoption of new initiatives.
  • Deliver comprehensive analysis of current and future state workstreams, clearly articulating the value and impact of proposed solutions to inform strategic decision-making.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Drive business growth through innovative technology solutions.
  • Leverage data-driven insights to inform strategic decision-making.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless stakeholder alignment.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree or advanced degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, Computer Science, Engineering, or related field or equivalent experience.
  • 10+ years of technology project management or delivery management experience including 4+ years of direct people management experience, leading high performing and engaged teams.
  • Experience with change management, business analysis, or process analysis.
  • Proven expertise in spearheading people-centric or transformational initiatives, encompassing areas such as inclusion and belonging, skills development, talent acquisition, organizational transformation, and overall talent optimization.

Preferred Skills:

  • Understanding of product team practices.
  • Experience leading matrixed teams.
  • Experience supporting multi-geographical teams.
