Job Description:

We are seeking a highly skilled Oracle Exadata DBA to join our team. The ideal candidate will have experience in implementing, configuring, maintaining, and monitoring critical Oracle RDBMS systems, including Exadata and Oracle Cloud Infrastructure (OCI).

  • Develop and sustain multiple clients across various Oracle versions and platforms, ensuring operational readiness (security, health, and performance) for both on-premises and cloud-based Oracle environments.
  • Administer and optimize Oracle Exadata systems, manage Oracle databases on OCI, and lead cloud migration initiatives from on-premises to OCI.
  • Design and implement high availability and disaster recovery solutions, monitor and tune performance, and automate database operations using scripting tools.
Requirements:
  • Engage with assigned client base and develop transition plans for new customers.
  • Collaborate with cloud architects and application teams to support hybrid and cloud-native deployments, ensure database security, compliance, and audit readiness, and participate in capacity planning and architecture reviews.
