Job Title: Oracle Expert and EBS Applications Specialist

The ideal candidate will be a seasoned Oracle professional with in-depth knowledge of database administration, particularly in the realm of Oracle EBS. They should possess strong technical skills, including experience with patching, backups, cloning, and upgrades for Oracle 19c instances.


Key Responsibilities

  • Administer and maintain Oracle 19c databases (on-prem and cloud) ensuring optimal performance, security, and availability.
  • Manage and support Oracle EBS R12, WebLogic, SOA Suite, OAM, and ORDS configurations.
  • Perform complex EBS patching through Rimini Street Support, including clustered deployments.
  • Configure and monitor Oracle DataGuard for HA & DR, working closely with Oracle Platinum Support for Exadata patching.
  • Maintain ongoing compliance with regulatory requirements like SOX, enforcing strict database access controls.
  • Collaborate with development teams during release cycles to troubleshoot performance issues.

Required Skills and Qualifications

  • Expert-level Oracle DBA experience (Oracle 12c/19c).
  • Strong EBS R12 administration skills, including ASCP and custom modules.
  • Hands-on experience with WebLogic, SOA Suite, Oracle OAM, and ORDS.
  • Familiarity with Oracle DataGuard and GoldenGate.
  • Knowledge of Oracle ODI, STAT, SRM, and Oracle OAM-based SSO.
  • Experience in high-availability/disaster-recovery planning and storage replication.
  • Understanding of SOX compliance and auditing best practices.
