Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Senior Project Manager to lead the execution of multiple Precast projects. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in Construction Methods and Planning for Precast Construction, with a strong background in infrastructure and building construction.

About This Role
  • Oversight of multiple Precast project executions to set benchmarks, align resources, track progress, and showcase Precast Technology benefits.
  • Propose alternative Precast Construction methods to accelerate delivery, improve productivity, and enhance quality and safety.
  • BUILDING A STRONG NETWORK OF EXECUTION RESOURCES:
    • Precast vendors
    • Mould manufacturers
    • Accessory suppliers
    • Modern machinery agencies
  • Align and mobilize execution workforce for production, installation, structural finishing, prestressing/post tensioning to quickly ramp up precast setup and continually improve time to peak in project execution.
  • Support capacity utilization of Precast related resources such as factories, workforce, moulds, and P&M.
  • Manage and build a team of Production and Installation Engineers, along with flying squads deployed to various sites per project needs.
  • Develop cross-functional capability in teams for Infrastructure as well as Buildings knowledge and know-how.
  • Manage training needs and safety and quality responsibilities to build a high-performance precast execution team known for their Precast expertise.
  • Collaborate in Standardization and Modularization efforts by collecting and analysing data of IC wide demands and challenges.
  • Explore innovative data collection and analysis options using IoT and AI.

This role involves monitoring and catalysing progress rather than direct execution responsibility.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement strategies to optimise Precast project execution.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to identify and address project risks and challenges.
  • Manage and maintain relationships with Precast vendors, mould manufacturers, accessory suppliers, and modern machinery agencies.
  • Lead and develop a high-performing team of Production and Installation Engineers.
  • Ensure that all projects are executed safely, on time, and within budget.

Requirements

  • Extensive experience in Construction Methods and Planning for Precast Construction.
