Hiring for Senior Structural Engineer

- Experience: 5+ years

- Qualifications: B.Tech in Civil + M.Tech in Structure

- Notice Period: Immediate to 30 days

Key Responsibilities

- Collaborate with Director, Project Managers, and Construction Managers to develop and integrate processes and procedures

- Deliver multiple projects or parts of larger projects to completion, within budget

- Work closely with clients and Structural design and BIM Engineers to produce creative designs

- Ensure effective staff training initiatives and conduct on-time performance reviews

- Implement Quality Management and Continuous Improvement Programs

Required Skills

- Hands-on experience and proficiency in ETABS, SAFE, Revit, CAD, and advanced skills in Macros/VBA in Excel

- Ability to work independently on projects and handle teams

- Good organizational and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work well under pressure

- Experience in structural engineering building design on multidisciplinary projects

Preferred Skills

- Familiarity with Timesheets, Tekla, Dynamo, and 3D Structure Modelling Software

- Experience with Precast Technology and hands-on experience in designing Precast Buildings

- Structural design license
