• Design and maintain scalable pipelines using Databricks, Azure Data Factory, and ETL tools
• Optimise workflows for efficient data ingestion, transformation, and delivery???? ???????????????? ???????????????????????????????? & ????????????????????????????
• Build data models and schemas for analytics and reporting
• Manage and secure SQL Server databases???? ???????????????? ????????????????????????????????????????????
• Handle structured/unstructured datasets from diverse sources
• Ensure alignment with HL7, FHIR, and HIPAA standards???? ???????????????? ???????????????????????????????? & ????????????????????????????????????
• Create dashboards using Power BI, Tableau, Qliksense
• Collaborate with business users to deliver actionable insights???? ???????????????????????????????? ???????????????????????????????????? & ???????? ????????????????????????????????????
• Process large datasets using Python, SQL, Py Spark, and Spark SQL
• Prepare data for machine learning pipelines and predictive modeling???? ???????????????? ???????????????????????????????????????????????????? & ????????????????????????????????????????
• Work with data scientists, analysts, and domain experts
• Mentor junior engineers and promote best practices ???????????????????????????????????????? & ????????????????????????????????????????????????
• Monitor data pipeline performance
• Troubleshoot and refine systems for scalability and uptime???? ???????????????????????????????????????? & ????????????????????????????????????????
• Ensure adherence to regulatory data governance
• Implement robust data security for patient and clinical information ???????????????????????????????????????????????????????? & ????????????????????????:
• 7+ years in Data Engineering, ideally in healthcare or medical data environments
• Strong hands-on experience with:
• Databricks, Azure Data Factory, SQL Server
• Python, SQL, Py Spark, Spark SQL
• Power BI, Tableau, Qliksense
• Familiarity with HL7, FHIR, and healthcare data privacy standards (HIPAA)
• Proven ability to work independently and in cross-functional teams
• Strong communication, documentation, and problem-solving skills
