Key Responsibilities- Design, develop, and optimize Node.js services.
- Integrate MongoDB and data layers for enhanced performance and scalability.
- Solve complex problems with minimal guidance.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams for seamless deployment and scalability.
- At least 2 years of backend/full-stack engineering experience.
- A minimum of 1 year of hands-on experience with Python, JavaScript, and MongoDB.
- Experience using Docker.
- English or Spanish proficiency at C1 or C2 level.
- Strong problem-solving skills.
- Ownership mentality.
