Job Overview:

We are seeking a seasoned finance professional to lead our accounts and finance function in Pune. The ideal candidate will possess excellent leadership skills, strategic thinking, and the ability to drive financial growth.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Financial Management & Strategy
  • Develop and implement financial plans that align with our business objectives.
  • Cultivate strong relationships with banks and investors to secure funding for future projects.
  • Analyze financial data to identify trends and areas for improvement.
  1. Accounts & Reporting
  • Oversee the preparation of accurate and timely financial statements.
  • Maintain compliance with all applicable financial regulations and standards.
  • Implement effective internal controls to ensure financial integrity.
  1. Compliance & Audit
  • Ensure adherence to statutory requirements and regulatory changes.
  • Liaise with auditors to ensure smooth audit processes.
  • Stay up-to-date on industry developments and best practices.
  1. Treasury & Working Capital Management
  • Optimize cash flows and manage working capital effectively.
  • Negotiate favorable terms with suppliers and partners.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders.
  1. Cost Control & MIS
  • Establish robust cost accounting systems to monitor production-related costs.
  • Analyze financial data to inform pricing and investment decisions.
  • Present regular management reports to track financial performance.
  1. Team Leadership & Development
  • Lead and mentor a high-performing finance team.
  • Foster a culture of innovation, collaboration, and continuous improvement.
  • Evaluate and improve existing processes and procedures.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • Chartered Accountant (CA) qualification.
  • Minimum 8-15 years of post-qualification experience in finance, preferably in leadership roles.
  • Proven expertise in financial reporting, statutory compliance, cost control, and treasury management.
  • Excellent leadership, analytical, and decision-making skills.
  • Proficiency in ERP systems and MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint).
