About the Role:

The Sr Manager Finance is a key position in our organization, responsible for overseeing day-to-day finance operations.

This includes ensuring accuracy and integrity of financial records, accounts, and reports.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage Day-to-Day Finance Operations: Oversee bookkeeping, compliance, and documentation to ensure alignment with statutory regulations.
  • Financial Reporting: Create and manage monthly MIS reports, including P&L, cash flow, and budget vs. actuals, providing timely insights to leadership.
  • Leadership Support: Support leadership with financial reporting, analysis, and insights to aid decision-making and investor communications.
  • Team Management: Lead and mentor a small finance team, ensuring deliverables are accurate, timely, and aligned with organizational needs.
  • Process Improvement: Work on process improvements in bookkeeping, MIS, compliance, and financial planning to ensure scalability.

Requirements:

  • Experience: Have 5-7 years of experience in financial management, accounting, or auditing, ideally within a fast-growing or dynamic environment.
  • Collaboration: Strong collaborator, with the ability to work closely with key stakeholders across various departments to ensure financial alignment and regulatory compliance.
  • Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, essential for presenting complex financial information to investors, auditors, and internal teams.
  • Accuracy: High level of accuracy, attention to detail, and commitment to maintaining the integrity of financial records and reports.
