Job Overview

As a Financial Planning Manager, you will play a key role in driving business growth through effective financial management. Your expertise will help us achieve our objectives by providing strategic insights and sound financial guidance.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in finance, taxation, and project advisory. You will be responsible for preparing and analyzing financial reports, tax compliance, and supporting project financing through detailed reports and financial models.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and analyze financial statements, management information systems (MIS) reports, and dashboards to inform business decisions.
  • Build complex financial models and conduct ratio analysis to support fundraising activities and drive business growth.
  • Prepare comprehensive project reports, feasibility studies, and cash flow projections to ensure successful project delivery.
  • Ensure compliance with direct tax, GST, and TDS regulations, including return filings, reconciliations, and assessments.
  • Coordinate with auditors for statutory, internal, and tax audits to maintain high standards of financial reporting.
  • Assist in due diligence, valuations, and financial analysis for debt syndication and fundraising transactions to optimize business performance.
  • Provide actionable insights on cost optimization, working capital management, and financial planning to drive business growth and profitability.
Requirements & Qualifications
  • Qualified Chartered Accountant (CA)/CMA/CFA certification.
  • Minimum 2-3 years of post-qualification experience in finance, taxation, or project advisory.
  • Strong knowledge of financial reporting, taxation laws, and GST compliance.
  • Hands-on experience with financial modeling, project reports, and ratio analysis.
  • Proficient in MS Excel, Tally/ERP, and financial reporting tools.
  • Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
  • Ability to manage deadlines and multiple assignments simultaneously.
