Corporate Fundraising Position

We are seeking an accomplished Corporate Fundraising Specialist to spearhead our philanthropic efforts.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop a comprehensive fundraising strategy, outlining clear objectives and a shared vision for desired outcomes.
  • Establish a diverse portfolio of supporters, strengthening existing relationships and adding new champions and donors.
  • Implement a robust fund-raising approach, ensuring effort and target distribution across various sources.
  • Execute multiple aspects of the plan, engaging high net worth individuals, corporations, foundations, and other relevant entities.
  • Collaborate with leadership to establish effective fund channelization and utilization processes, along with clear measures to determine net value added in targeted thematic areas.
  • Maintain initiative teams informed on emerging trends and outlook in terms of long-standing partnership and/or support commitments, ensuring operating designs are simple, relevant, and practicable in terms of measurable impact.

Requirements:

  • Masters degree in Business, Social Sciences, or another related field, with a minimum of 10 years of experience in direct fundraising and partnership roles, including at least 3 years in a leadership position.
  • A driven and empathetic leader who can work across boundaries and get things done.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with minimal supervision and comfort with the ambiguity of the fundraising universe.
  • Highly organized with strong project management skills, interpersonal skills, and an executive presence, with the ability to quickly establish personal credibility and demonstrate expertise.
  • Highly developed cultural awareness and ability to work well in an international environment with people from diverse backgrounds, cultures, and time-zones.
