Talent Acquisition Executive

About the Role:

We are seeking a skilled Talent Acquisition Executive to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing strategic hiring plans, managing the recruitment lifecycle, and building a robust network of qualified candidates.

The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 2-5 years of experience in corporate or internal recruitment, with proficiency in reading, writing, and speaking English, Tamil, and Kannada.

A strong understanding of recruitment best practices, employment laws, and industry trends is essential. Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills are also required.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop Strategic Hiring Plans: Collaborate with departmental managers to meet competitive goals by developing targeted hiring plans.
  • Manage Recruitment Lifecycle: Oversee the entire recruitment process from requirement gathering to offer closure for various roles across departments.
  • Build Candidate Network: Develop and maintain a robust network of qualified candidates to ensure quick access to top talent when new roles become available.
  • Enhance Employer Branding: Participate in local and national career fairs, and attract diverse talent through innovative sourcing strategies.
  • Sourcing Strategies: Collaborate with HR leadership and senior management to design, refine, and implement sourcing strategies that align with business growth objectives.
  • Stay Updated: Stay informed on leading job boards, social networks, and professional platforms; create engaging job descriptions and publish them across relevant channels.
  • Candidate Interaction: Screen resumes, assess candidate suitability, conduct preliminary interviews, and coordinate with hiring managers throughout the interview process.
Requirements:
  • Experience: Minimum 2-5 years of experience in corporate or internal recruitment.
  • Languages: Proficiency in reading, writing, and speaking English, Tamil, and Kannada.
  • Recruitment Skills: Proven track record in managing end-to-end hiring for various roles across departments.
  • Best Practices: Strong understanding of recruitment best practices, employment laws, and industry trends.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • ATS Systems: Proficiency in using ATS systems and other sourcing tools.
