Talent Acquisition Strategist

Key Responsibilities

  • Recruitment & Workforce Planning: Drive end-to-end recruitment for leadership, managerial, and operational roles across various business verticals.
  • Employer Branding: Position us as an employer of choice in real estate, hospitality, and wellness sectors.
  • Candidate Experience & Process Excellence: Ensure a world-class candidate experience throughout the recruitment lifecycle.
Qualifications & Experience
  • A master's degree in human resources, business administration, or a related field.
  • At least 10 years of experience in talent acquisition, with a minimum of 2 years in a leadership role.
