Talent Acquisition Specialist

Job Summary:

  • We are seeking a proactive Talent Acquisition Specialist to identify and engage top talent through strategic sourcing, effective communication, and relationship building.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute comprehensive recruitment strategies to meet business objectives.
  • Proactively search for and engage potential candidates through various channels, including social media, job boards, and referrals.
  • Collaborate with hiring managers and recruiters to understand requirements, culture, and working environment.
  • Source and screen qualified candidates, providing recommendations for interview and selection.
  • Utilize data analysis and market research to inform recruitment decisions and improve overall process efficiency.
  • Maintain accurate records of candidate interactions, applications, and progress throughout the recruitment process.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
  • Proficiency in MS Office, Google Suite, and other productivity tools.
  • Able to work independently and as part of a team, prioritizing tasks and managing multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with ability to think critically and make informed decisions.
  • Flexibility and adaptability in a fast-paced environment, with willingness to learn and grow professionally.

Skills and Qualifications:

  • Knowledge of recruitment software and systems.
  • Ability to analyze and interpret data to inform recruitment strategies.
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills.
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy in record-keeping.
  • Proficiency in languages other than English is a plus.
  • Experience with social media platforms and online recruiting tools.
