Job Title: Legal Associate

Job Summary:

We are seeking a talented and ambitious legal professional to support the management of corporate legal processes. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for assisting in managing legal processes for investments, exits, and corporate actions.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage Legal Processes: Assist in managing legal processes for investments, exits, and corporate actions.
  • Review Transaction Documents: Review and finalize transaction documents such as term sheets, shareholder agreements, and convertible instruments.
  • Liaise with Stakeholders: Liaise with founders, investors, and legal teams to efficiently close deals.
  • Ensure Compliance: Ensure compliance with applicable corporate, securities, and foreign exchange laws.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Experience: 2-3 years of experience in Corporate Law, M&A, Private Equity, or Venture Capital.
  • Knowledge: Strong knowledge of corporate, securities, and FEMA regulations.
  • Mindset: Entrepreneurial mindset with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment and engage with multiple stakeholders.
  • Background: Prior law firm experience; candidates looking to transition in-house are especially encouraged to apply.
