HR Operations Manager

Job Description:

This position oversees HR operations to achieve business objectives. It entails managing recruitment processes, administering employee benefits, and ensuring compliance with all applicable laws.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Manage recruitment process, including interviewing and hiring candidates.
  2. Coordinate employee orientation programs for new hires.
  3. Develop and implement training initiatives for employees.
  4. Maintain accurate records of employee files and ensure confidentiality.
  5. Collaborate with Loss Prevention to conduct employee accident investigations as needed.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • High school diploma or equivalent + 3 years' experience in human resources or a related field OR
  • Associate's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field + 1 year of experience in HR or a related field.
