The Opportunity

We are seeking an experienced technology leader to lead our Data and AI Engineering team in supporting critical digital and operational functions across the enterprise.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Drive high-impact data and machine learning engineering programs.
  • Develop and manage scalable data platforms, pipelines, and AI/ML solutions.
  • Guide cross-functional teams in requirement gathering, architecture design, deployment, and change management.
  • Manage a growing team of data and AI professionals and foster a culture of innovation and excellence.
  • Promote the Data & AI Engineering team in global forums and leadership presentations.
Your Profile

A senior technology professional with 18+ years of experience and 10+ years of digital and data technology expertise.

Expertise in data engineering, database management, and machine learning lifecycle with tools such as SQL, Python, Redshift, AWS Sagemaker, and LLMs.

Deep understanding of cloud-native data platforms and modern ML/GenAI applications.

Demonstrated ability to manage large-scale technical teams and mentor top talent.

Experience in working with global teams and cross-cultural collaboration.

Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.

Passion for leveraging data and AI to solve complex business challenges and deliver measurable impact.
