
Business Growth Enablement Leader

We are seeking a highly skilled Sales Enablement Manager to join our team. This role will be responsible for designing and implementing onboarding and training programs for new hires and upskilling existing team members.
The ideal candidate will have 6–10 years of experience in sales enablement or B2B SaaS sales, with a proven ability to build enablement programs from scratch in high-growth environments.

Key Responsibilities:- Design and implement onboarding and training programs for new hires and upskill existing team members.
- Create and maintain playbooks, talk tracks, and toolkits that evolve with product and market changes.
- Align sales process with the buyer journey, addressing skill and content gaps throughout the funnel.
- Collaborate with GTM leaders to define competencies, certifications, and success frameworks.
- Support product launches and GTM initiatives with targeted messaging and resources.
- Own enablement metrics (ramp time, attainment, content usage) and drive measurable impact.
- Evaluate and implement enablement tools and processes to streamline workflows.
- Act as a coach and trusted advisor to reps, helping them grow and close more effectively.
- 6–10 years of experience in sales enablement or B2B SaaS sales (quota-carrying experience preferred).
- Proven ability to build enablement programs from scratch in high-growth environments.
- Strong communication, facilitation, and project management skills.
- Experience partnering cross-functionally with Sales, Marketing, and CS.
- Familiarity with enablement tools and modern sales tech (LMS, CRM, call recording, sales engagement).
