Job Description

A Human Resources Coordinator is a vital role within our organization, responsible for championing the development and execution of talent initiatives that drive success. This individual will be a trusted advisor, providing insightful guidance and support across the entire employee lifecycle.

Responsibilities

  • Work on multiple tasks related to HR, benefits, sales, legal, general admin matters.
  • Oversee and manage various projects on behalf of the executive team.
  • Build HR, administrative best practices, policies and procedures across various teams.
  • Lead and build a professional HR organization.
  • Manage company risk, governance and compliance.
  • Anticipate and drive the execution of HR programs related to enterprise talent offerings.
  • Provide proactive and insightful advice and guidance to leaders related to HR processes and programs.
  • Understand data environment and leverage insights in support of talent strategy development and execution.
  • Provide mentorship and guidance to internal HR stakeholders, encourage continuous learning and professional development, and stay current with the latest industry trends.
  • Ensure risks associated with business activities are effectively identified, measured, monitored, and controlled in accordance with risk and compliance policies and procedures.
  • Talent management: recruit, develop and guide the company to retain talent.
  • Manage vendor and customer contracts.
  • Help the company build/implement systems and intelligence for client retention.
  • Work with multiple teams to coordinate various tasks.

Qualifications

  • 4 years of relevant work experience as a Human Resources Manager.
  • Experience leading cross-functional teams or projects requiring strong collaboration, facilitation, and negotiation skills.
  • Experience partnering with leadership to provide proactive recommendations to business problems, projects, or initiatives.
  • Demonstrated experience leveraging data and insights in influencing differing stakeholder groups in a matrixed environment.
  • Advanced experience leveraging business and organizational insights in the enhancement of programs or processes.
  • Advanced experience managing multiple, competing priorities.
  • Demonstrated experience building trust and relationships with differing stakeholder groups.
