About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated Customer Sales Associate to join our team at Catapult. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for achieving individual sales targets by engaging with customers and providing them with an exceptional shopping experience.

Key Responsibilities
  • Meet or exceed monthly sales targets through effective engagement with customers and providing personalized recommendations.
  • Develop a thorough understanding of our products and services to effectively communicate their value proposition to customers.
  • Maintain a clean and organized store environment, ensuring that merchandise is properly displayed and restocked as needed.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to plan and execute in-store promotions and events that drive customer engagement and sales growth.
Requirements
  • A minimum of 6 months of sales experience in a retail environment.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers and colleagues alike.
  • The ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities and deadlines.
  • A proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
