Job Title: Business Development Associate - Customer Relationship

We are seeking a highly skilled Business Development Associate to join our team at Gamut HR Solutions. As a Business Development Associate, you will be responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with existing clients and identifying new business opportunities.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Customer Relationship Management: Build and maintain long-lasting customer relationships through regular communication, ensuring timely delivery of products/services, and providing effective solutions to customer inquiries.
  • Sales Team Collaboration: Collaborate with the sales team to achieve customer satisfaction and meet sales targets by identifying and developing new business opportunities with existing clients.
  • Account Management: Prepare reports on account status, assist in resolving customer complaints in a timely and professional manner, and ensure timely and successful delivery of products/services.
  • New Business Opportunities: Identify and develop new business opportunities with existing clients, working closely with the sales team to achieve sales targets.

Requirements:

  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field.

  • Skills: Excellent communication, problem-solving, and interpersonal skills; ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.

Salary Range: ₹250,000 - ₹400,000 per annum based on qualifications and experience, plus additional benefits.
