Technical Support Expert

About the Role:

This is a challenging and rewarding position as part of a global customer technical support team. The primary goal is to assist customers/partners with software and hardware problems, product applications, and use cases through effective communication and troubleshooting.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Communicate with customers to understand their problems and provide clear explanations of technical information.
  • Diagnose and troubleshoot technical issues efficiently.
  • Escalate unresolved issues to the appropriate teams.
  • Provide prompt and accurate feedback to customers.
  • Refer to internal databases or external resources for technical solutions.
  • Lead troubleshooting discussions and deliver workshops to local and global teams.
  • Prioritize and manage multiple open issues simultaneously.
  • Follow up with customers to ensure system functionality after troubleshooting.
  • Identify areas for improvement in processes, procedures, or tools.
  • Document technical knowledge and create product knowledge sharing sessions.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Understanding of networks, CCNA or equivalent knowledge, 4G-5G, AAA, and relevant certifications.
  • Deep knowledge of supported Linux/Unix operating systems, product software, and hardware.
  • Advanced understanding of networks, firewalls, protocols, and virtualization/cloud concepts.
  • Strong problem-solving skills, logical thought process, and ability to communicate complex information.
  • Good understanding of technology infrastructure, security concepts, and platforms.
  • Able to install, configure, and operate network equipment.
  • Scripting and programming skills.
