Job Title: Technical Service Specialist

About the Role:

We are seeking an experienced professional to fill a Technical Service Specialist position. The ideal candidate will provide technical support to our customers, including inverter installation instruction and maintenance training, troubleshooting, and after-sales assistance.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Inverter installation instruction and maintenance training;
  • Responding to customer inquiries via phone or email;
  • Remote or on-site inverter troubleshooting and replacement;
  • Collecting and analyzing after-sales support case data and reporting to management;
  • Collaborating with team members to achieve project goals.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree or higher in Electronics or Electrical Engineering;
  • At least 5 years of experience in the solar industry;
  • Able to travel frequently for business purposes;
  • Excellent communication skills with fluent English.
