Technical Support Specialist Role

This role focuses on delivering technical support and application problem resolution assistance to customers worldwide. As a key member of our team, you will be part of an organization that is redefining customer engagement through remote work environments.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Resolve technical issues for customers and partners globally.
  • Document and verify reported problems, troubleshoot, and resolve issues using available tools and resources.
  • Log/report issues on our CRM and provide effective communication to customers and teams.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Hands-on experience with Networking, CentOs Linux, and Windows OS.
  • Experience with Contact Center Technologies, Application Support, Telephony, XML scripting, or Object Oriented Programming.
  • Secondary skills: VXML, CCML, RDBMS, Microsoft LUIS/CLU, API's, SMS, and Cloud technologies (AWS and/or Google).
