Job Title

We are seeking a skilled ServiceNow Developer to join our team.

The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in implementing and optimizing Incident, Problem, Change, and Service Request Management workflows.

  • The successful candidate will configure and update Discovery schedules, monitor daily runs for errors, and troubleshoot issues to ensure reliable CI identification and population.
  • They will also enhance Discovery probes and patterns to support complex infrastructure and cloud environments.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Implement and optimize Incident, Problem, Change, and Service Request Management workflows.
  • Configure and update Discovery schedules and troubleshoot issues.
  • Enhance Discovery probes and patterns to support complex infrastructure and cloud environments.
  • Continuously improve the ServiceNow platform through iterative enhancements and performance tuning.
  • Customize form layouts, fields, and user interfaces to support data consistency and usability across modules.
  • Tailor and extend CAB Workbench functionality to support automated workflows and board operations.
  • Develop and maintain robust REST/SOAP API integrations with external systems.
  • Manage Scheduled Jobs, Script Includes, Business Rules, and automation scripts for operational efficiency.
  • Customize the Employee Center portal to improve branding, content delivery, and user engagement.
  • Design and publish reports and dashboards to support performance tracking and operational transparency.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
  • Relevant ServiceNow training in ITSM, Discovery, and scripting modules.
  • Minimum of 3 years of hands-on experience in ServiceNow development.
  • Proven track record with ServiceNow ITSM modules and Discovery implementation.
