ServiceNow Developer Position

Our organization is seeking a highly skilled ServiceNow Developer to contribute to the success of our IT operations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Expertise in Security Incident Response (SIR) and Vulnerability Response (VR) module configuration and customization
  • Comprehensive understanding of best practices in IT security, vulnerability management, and incident response procedures
  • Experience integrating third-party security data sources and tools into ServiceNow
  • Proficiency in scripting languages such as JavaScript and Glide for developing Business Rules, Script Includes, UI Policies, Client Scripts, and Flow Designer
  • Understanding of Agile methodologies and DevOps practices

Preferred Qualifications:

  • ServiceNow Certified Implementation Specialist (CIS) certification for SIR and/or VR modules
  • Experience supporting large-scale ServiceNow environments (10,000+ users)
  • Knowledge of additional ServiceNow modules (e.g., GRC, ITSM, App Engine)
  • Experience mentoring or leading technical teams
