ServiceNow IT Asset Management Specialist

We are seeking a skilled ServiceNow IT Asset Management (ITAM) specialist to design and implement comprehensive solutions for our clients.

The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in the configuration, customization, and optimization of ServiceNow's core platform, security, performance, and compliance features.

In this role, you will be responsible for conducting workshops, interviews, and meetings to understand business requirements and functional needs. You will also define and design ServiceNow solutions tailored to meet specific client requirements and industry best practices.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Requirements Gathering:

    Conducting workshops, interviews, and meetings to understand and document business requirements and functional needs.

  • Process Design:

    Defining and designing ServiceNow solutions, tailoring them to meet specific client requirements and industry best practices.

  • Gap Analysis:

    Identifying gaps between existing processes and desired future-state processes, recommending solutions and improvements.

  • Solution Implementation:

    Collaborating with technical teams to design and implement ServiceNow solutions, ensuring alignment with business needs.

  • Documentation:

    Creating user stories, process documentation, training materials, and other relevant documentation to support implementations.

  • Training and Support:

    Providing post-implementation support, training, and guidance to users to ensure successful adoption and optimization of the platform.

  • Business Value:

    Articulating the business value of proposed solutions and demonstrating how ServiceNow can improve business operations.

Qualifications:

  • 12 years of experience in implementing or architecting ServiceNow solutions.

  • Good understanding of Sales and Order Management process followed in organization.

  • Experience in design, configuration, and customization of ServiceNow SOM module as per Organizations SOM process.

  • Experience in the design and implementation of the following modules:

    • ServiceNow Sales and Order Management
    • Order and Quote management
    • Supplier Lifecycle Operations (SLO)
    • Customer Service Management (CSM) module

  • Extensive experience across the ServiceNow core platform, security, performance, and compliance.

  • Extensive experience in third-party integration, REST, SOAP, Other methods, Integration Hub, and Ebonding.

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
