Job Title: Senior ServiceNow Developer

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Servicenow Architect to join our dynamic IT team. This role is pivotal in driving the design, development, and implementation of Servicenow solutions that support our enterprise service management strategy.



Key Qualifications:
  • A minimum of 6 years of hands-on experience with Servicenow development and administration
  • A proven track record of delivering complex Servicenow implementations across multiple modules (e.g., ITSM, ITOM, HRSD)
  • Experience in managing Servicenow upgrade projects, platform migrations, and integrations with third-party systems
  • A strong understanding of ITIL processes and how they align with Servicenow capabilities
  • Demonstrated ability to gather requirements, translate business needs into technical solutions, and manage stakeholder expectations
  • Experience working in an Agile / Scrum environment.


Technical Skills:
  • Proficiency in Java, JavaScript, HTML, CSS, and REST/SOAP APIs
  • Deep expertise in Servicenow Studio, Flow Designer, UI Builder, Custom Apps/Widgets, Script Includes, Business Rules, Client Scripts, and UI Policies
  • A strong knowledge of Servicenow data model, CMDB design, and Discovery
  • Experience with Servicenow IntegrationHub, MID Server configuration, and custom integrations
  • Familiarity with Performance/Platform Analytics, Reporting, and Dashboards
  • Understanding of security best practices within Servicenow, including ACLs and role-based access control
